Through slow breathing exercises and guided meditation, enter a relaxed state, then use colored pencils and/or pastels to render the images visualized during meditation. Our goal will be to gain new inspiration from our subconscious and find new ways to express our thoughts and feelings without judgement.

Required Materials:   

8-10 Sheets heavy white paper – pastel or Bristol  

8-10 sheets heavy black paper – pastel or Bristol  

Set of colored pencils, important to have white. 

Nice to Have: 
set of pastels or Conté crayons
